“I bought a 2023 service vehicle in Indy the end of January. A month later a put a scratch in it pulling away from the mailbox when the door of the mailbox opened. I had Lambert’s do an estimate and had the work done a couple weeks later. Concerned about matching the paint and all other possibilities I was pleasantly surprised of the outcome. Not only was the body work to perfection but the detailed cleaning of the vehicle was a pleasant surprise. I was considering having the vehicle detailed because the dealership did not do a very good job of preparing it for sale after having been a service vehicle. So thank you Mitch and all others at Bob Lamberts. You saved me a detailing job and your great service continues on!

“Not knowing of any place to take my car, I went to Gerber Collision today on a recommendation from another business. I was so pleasantly surprised at the kindness and quick attention given to my car.
My car had been bumped into by a golf cart and had some marks on it. I went to Gerber Collision in Muncie, Indiana to see if I could purchase some kind of product to take care of the marks.
This is where I was became very happy that I found the right place! Margaret, the nice lady behind the desk started explaining what I needed to do, when another nice lady, Angela, said that she wanted to take a look at it. She said that she would see what she could do. She came back with some product and started working on the marks as best she could. She then went to get Tyler who took my car into the shop and finished getting off the marks. When I asked how much and offered to pay, Angela refused and said she did not want any payment. Wow!! They were all so kind and helpful. I promised that I would spread the word about their business and how they treat customers!
