Fast scheduling, though the telephone people seemed to be pretty new trainees as it took them a long time to figure out their processes as if they were new. Service on the phone then = 3 yet I am optimistic they will get a lot better.
As I left and drove five blocks, the rear view mirror drooped. When I tried to adjust it, it fell off in my hand.
I drove back, the ellow at the front desk dropped everything and raced to my car to get it back in the shop to be repaired.
They say that excellence is not always just perfection the first time but excellence in how mistakes are handled. Using that, Safelite service at the repair office gets a 5.
I will go back for service in the future, likely without getting other quotes.”

“These guys were absolutely amazing. Someone backed into me and hit the jam between my front passenger and rear door on a truck that I had barely bought 6 months ago. When I bought the truck there were scratches around the emblem that were already there, not even near where the accident damage was and STILL repairs those scratches on top on the damage that originally brought me in. The estime was literally 1 dollar away from the estimate they gave. I dropped my truck off Sunday night and by Thursday it was ready to pick up. This shop is not only honest but near perfect in terms of estimate and timeliness. Would absolutely recommend this place!!”
