“While trying to use the kiosk inside, the office gentleman came to see if I needed help. Which actually I did because the lady I was speaking to at the kiosk had trouble hearing me. So, I was glad when he came to help! I'm terrible with names, unfortunately I do not remember his. However he was very professional and helped me with everything I needed and got me set up with the unit I needed. This is the 2nd time renting. Great prices, and in a convenient location. Thanks!!”

“When we came in the guy that helped us rent the truck wasn't very pleasant, you could just tell he didn't care about his job. We brought the truck back with over the amount of fuel that we left with and got charged for not bringing it back with the same amount, luckily we took a picture and had proof of the amount of fuel we left with. I called to explain the issue and it was taking care of immediately, great customer service from the lady on the phone!”
