“While trying to use the kiosk inside, the office gentleman came to see if I needed help. Which actually I did because the lady I was speaking to at the kiosk had trouble hearing me. So, I was glad when he came to help! I'm terrible with names, unfortunately I do not remember his. However he was very professional and helped me with everything I needed and got me set up with the unit I needed. This is the 2nd time renting. Great prices, and in a convenient location. Thanks!!”

“Brad was extremely helpful and got me into a storage unit immediately! We ran into a sticky situation with a car that we could not get the windows up on and needed immediate storage for during a thunderstorm that would have led to some very expensive car repairs from internal water damage. He was a great help and a very personable guy, he took care of us and offered us an affordable solution when no one else would. I would recommend him to anyone and give 10 stars if I could!”

Ashley was always super helpful and friendly. A great employee. If it wasn't for Ashley being so nice and helpful, I'd have only given this place a 2 or 3 star rating.

Cons:
Self described as climate controlled, but after Cubesmart took over ownership, storage was superhot during summer, and cold in winter. Climate controlled must mean there's a roof overhead.
We'd drive by after hours and see the outside security access door stuck wide open on several occasions on both storage buildings, with no customers around. We'd stop and push them shut.
At times the moving dollies were nowhere to be found
Bathroom stunk.
Many of the overhead lights did not work, had no bulbs. Had to take out own flashlights.
Main gripe is that when Cubesmart took over ownership last year, my monthly storage rate increased from around $150 to $190. I would have moved my stuff immediately, but had too much to move again to another facility. It seems that when Cubesmart took over, quality went down, but prices went wayyyy up. Finally got moved out of there”
“When I first signed up for my unit, there were admittedly some issues. However, the team really tried to make everything better. They transferred me to a different unit and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I do appreciate that they took those steps to make the situation better! The staff is friendly and helpful, and I'm happy I decided to stay with them!”

The location of the units are convenient and easily accessible, which made the process even smoother. Her professionalism and genuine concern for addressing our urgent needs were truly admirable.”

“Easy move-in! Handeled most everything over the phone. Went to the storage building and the young man who handeled my paperwork was very prepared for my arrival. Very clean, easy access, and great workers.”
“I've used this storage facility for several years now and I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I like that you have to put in your unit number and a personal code to get in and out of the facility. That way there's a record of who goes in and out, and when. I'm sure you can find cheaper places in Muncie to store your stuff, but I doubt you'll get the peace of mind that you will using Jud.”
