“My beautiful dog Schatzi had a bad experience with a vet when he was a year old, and he’s never forgotten. Since then I switched to Dr Grasso at Albany Veterinary, and Dr Grasso’s wisdom and kindness in strategizing Schatzi’s routine visits and interventions has been stellar. It’s very stressful when your 100lb lovebug turns suspicious of everyone at the vet, but I am completely supported by the team here. Highly recommend! (Also fair prices, unlike some in Muncie)”

“My first visit with Bella my Bernie. Very professional and courteous. Answered all my questions, didn't rush through anything. The charges are very reasonable. Over all I'm glad we found them and am looking forward to a great relationship.”

“Very affordable & kind! No pressure or gasping over your estimate. Dr. Reese ALWAYS presents tiers Plan A/B/C, with pricing; eg Plan A today, if no improvement Plan B/labs. No vaccine pressure. Never pushes a new/brand name/$$$meds. NOTE: I had recently relocated to Muncie, and needed emergency vet care. My dog with cancer went downhill quickly. She finally expressed pain; it was time to say goodbye. Not a single vet office was willing to work her in on compassionate grounds to give a 2min injection (I tried >20 vets)! Most offices were full for days, and unwilling to help us, knowing our dog was in agony. Dr. Reese at RIVERVIEW was THE ONLY ONE who said “Yes, I want to prioritize this dog & family in her time of need.” Keep this in mind when choosing a vet! Ask if they work in emergency care. I appreciate that Riverview is small & focuses on giving the care a local family can afford. 🐶Lily, Celeste & Violet 🐾RIP Dusky”

“Absolutely amazing people that work here. Had a kitty that was hurt and needed seen and they got us in immediately. Every person we encountered during the unexpected euthanasia, was extremely helpful kind and compassionate. We will be going here for all our pets needs moving forward. Thank you ladies for helping my sister and I during this difficult time. ?”

“The staff are always so kind and comforting with Gunner! They make sure he is well loved during every visit and love on him when he is excited and rambunctious. I drive 30 mins just so those who have cared for him from 8 weeks on continue his care.”

“My dog Tessie is reactive to people and other dogs. She just had her visit to this office. Dr. Wasson and her team did phenomenal with Tessie. It’s was our most successful vet visit anywhere. So grateful for them for being kind and accommodating to Tessie’s needs. You can tell they care.”
