Walked in and was immediately greeted by Jackson and he did not disappoint. Less than 45 mins I was in a car. Paperwork was simple and painless. Had a unique situation and they even offered to deliver my car. Upon pickup, I was handed the keys by Kris and he even set up my Bluetooth for me, set up my apps and showed me some really cool features I had no idea I had. Awesome dealership with some great team members.

We came in on Saturday afternoon (about 2 pm). We were looking at the new jeep Cherokee’s. A lady (short blonde hair with glasses) came over and introduced herself. We were all speaking my husband said we wanted to test drive a 2023-2024 and we asked where the new vehicles were located. She informed us they were in the back lot (we could walk back there). So instead of her getting a golf cart and taking us, we walked…and alone! We were back there about 45 mins and we realized she wasn’t coming to check on us or unlock a vehicle…nothing! So we walked back to the front and left! She didn’t even say anything or check on us before we left! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Spare yourself and go to another jeep dealership!

I have purchased my past 2 vehicles from here. I have had all service and repairs to my current car done here for the past ~7 years. Unfortunately, that will no longer continue. For you to charge $150/hour labor rate is absurd. I know of manufacturers that make commercial and military jet engine components, and their shop’s hourly rate isnt even that high. YOU’RE TRYING TO TELL ME IT COSTS MORE TO WORK ON MY CAR THAN IT DOES TO MAKE JET ENGINE PARTS? COME ON! (That company employs over 120 people btw)If it werent for Rob in the service department, I would have stopped coming there long ago. Rob is attentive, works closely with the customers to resolve their issues, and knowledgable in all service aspects.I would like to continue providing work for his location, but at this price, its untenable. I’m quite disappointed.

Poor business practice. My son found a car on the website. He called about it and got pre-approved for the loan. This was on Monday and he said he'd be in Saturday to test drive the car. On Wednesday Chris, the salesman called and asked for $500 down and the car would be delivered. Son said he wants to test drive it Saturday. No problem. On Friday he's told the car isn't actually for sale yet because it needs an alternator. Said it will be ready Thursday. Son said ok I'II come test it out and buy it Friday. So on Wednesday Chris calls and says alternator won't be installed until Friday and can be purchased Saturday. Son says ok. Then Thursday morning Chris calls and says it just sold! Huh? Chris said a buyer said he didn't care if the alternator worked so they sold it to him. Chris strung my son along for 2 weeks and sold it to someone else.My daughter bought a car at Ed Martin and I bought a pickup from there. They lost us as customers. There were shady issues involved in those transactions as well. Never again will they get our business.

We bought our 2022 wrangler Rubicon from Jeremy Greer. He was super helpful, polite, not at all pushy, and overall just a class act. It’s obvious that he cares about his customers both before and after the sale. I highly recommend him as a sales person.

These people don't think anything about selling a car out from under you I had thousands in cash and they would not take it to hold the car till we found out the insurance price. Don't want to hear about your policy which is how you responded to others it's called being honest and doing what's right you lost another sale as well

We stopped by on our way to Kentucky because we were taking a kitten back home and it crawled up in our dash they were so nice and they tried to help sadly they couldn't get it out of the Dash but they were really nice and they wouldn't accept any money when we tried to pay them. They were so nice and I would go back.

Terrible experience my husband bought a truck and the salesman told us he was "throwing in" a clear coat. Once it was discovered they charged $1400 and tacked on multiple non disclosed add ons equaling $4000 we were told they will not reimburse us. I would love to know why we should for a clear coat service we never asked for or ever received? Terrible businesses practice! He was made to sign on a computer where he was not able to see the screen. Also promised one interest rate with credit score of 830 then told it was much higher and we could just refinance!

Jeep was in on a recall. The appointment was for the next Monday. I dropped it off via tow the Monday prior. Work was done five days early. Super happy with the customer service and workmanship. I will be back.

Test drove vehicle in the afternoon , came to agreement on price after test drive, was purchasing next morning, salesman called that evening at 8pm and was told car was sold ?There are many other reputable car lots to buy from other than Ed Martin that I'm sure would treat there customers better.

Salesman we worked with, Mason, lied about a lot before we bought our vehicle. He told us brakes were changed, they were not. He told us he would fix the bumper on the vehicle and never owned up to his word. Instead he had someone glue back on the bumper and said it was fixed. A few weeks later, or less, it started coming apart again. Clearly it wasn’t done properly. We had to ask more than once for it to be detailed. Every time it came back for us to look at it was awful and still needed cleaning.

Have been trying to get my jeep fixed for 5 weeks. The gentlemen I was working with no longer works there. I have left 4 messages for the service manager and non have been returned. I then called and was told I would hear from them first thing Tuesday morning. Well it's Thursday and of course I have heard nothing and can't get through. So over this place. About to just go park my jeep on their lot and leave it there!

My 2016 ram rebel 251 of 500 was hit and I took it to be repaired. The collision department was the best. Talked to me regarding repairs and I highly recommend them. My problem was with their used car department Craig. I asked for an appraisal and received a piece of paper that collision nor myself could understand. I went to talk to Craig and he had the nerve to tell me the car fax report wouldnt affect the value of my vehicle. He also did not give me a copy of the car fax report. He acts like a used car saleman stay away. Go to Muncie instead.
