From what I see out there it's not very organized and it's not very appealing to the eye

New management is great and better than any we have had. Since i moved in,back in 2015. They actually care about the park and want it to look nice and not run down. They keep it clean. If you do wht you are supposed to there are no problems with management. Its great having managers who actually want it to be a nice place.
