Moved in around June and things have been pretty great so far! Any time I call for a small maintenance issue someone is over within the hour which is a nice surprise compared to what I’m used to! Everyone is super friendly and it’s quiet.

Perfect place to retire. Not your typical "rack'em and stack'em" trailer park. Wide streets, trees, big lots, accommodating staff. They are super picky who lives here, which makes it even better. This is truly a manufactured home community.I cannot recommend enough ....

Rent is continuing to get raised all the time. Outrage fees for yard work. Especially for the elderly and those who can't always do it theirselves. 75.00 plus every time.. some people live on limited income but they don't care. Some have been there years. They can be rude in the office.
