“I have been dealing with the "apple" people and the verizon people for a few weeks dealing with an iPhone and none of them wanted to help at all and today I walk back into verizon and meet "Joseph" and let me tell ya hell of a guy took just a few minutes and he had my phone going and he was polite as could be like I said hell of a guy he should be running the place as for the lady and the other guy I dealt with they shouldn't work in customer service or maybe take a class to learn to deal with people so anyway THANKYOU JOSEPH”
