“I normally experience outstanding service; especially from Logan. Walking in this evening was just not welcoming . The 2 employees working just seemed snippy & borderline rude. I’ve encountered both before, but not like this . Idk maybe they were having a bad day . But still . And it was mostly the man . He added 2 devices to my plan without telling me or explaining that they “lowered” my monthly bill . Then when I tried to ask questions about the devices he cut me off multiple times without listening to my concerns . Hopefully by my next visit they’re in better spirits .”

“They were friendly. I waited a bit which was expected. However, I didn't receive the feedback I needed in case things didn't work out as planned. Still working through that and hoping for a quick resolution.”

“This Verizon store is great! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable! Lily helped me purchase a new Galaxy 7 flip phone. She was very patient with me!! I am not tech savvy at all, and she set up my phone and transferred all of my data from my old, taped up phone. Thanks, again, Verizon, and especially Lily!”
