I recently upgraded my phone & watch at a different Verizon location…which let’s just say was the complete opposite experience. After much frustration I decided to go online to seek out the top rated Verizon store and read the reviews for this store…Fishers…and the reason seemed to be Chris from all the rave reviews of his amazing service. So, I thought that’s what I need…amazing service! Not only did Chris resolve both issues; but also, he was very polite greeting me with a smile, a hello…and held the door open when I left. Friendly, professional and results-oriented…hard to find anywhere these days. I will definitely be back to work with Chris for any future purchases or concerns…well worth it!”
