“I’ve had Cricket for around 5 years. I explored other services and attempted to port my number over to another carrier. After the port was complete, it was then discovered my phone was not compatible with the new carriers service.
Because I had already transferred to the other carrier, my previous Cricket account was cancelled, leaving my phone number stuck between services. After numerous conversations, I was successfully refunded from the other carrier but was told I had to go into a store to get my situation sorted.
