“This U-Haul Vendor is very helpful, but the U-HAUL claim that you can preregister is a joke. I did the whole thing because the email said you can skip the line. I was supposed to be able to click a button on the website and pickup my truck key, not even close. It instead asked again for pictures of my license, phone numbers of references or pics of my Passport. Really!!! Like I carry my Passport around. But the Vendor was really helpful, got us on the road quickly.”
