“I'm here a couple times per week, shipping for one of my businesses and most of the staff at this location are friendly and happy to help with any issues caused by the greater USPS system/organization. Not sure what the problem is with some of the other reviewers, but I suspect they treated that staff poorly first.”
“An incredibly refreshing experience of competence and professionalism. The normal experience at US Post Offices is UNFORTUNATELY poor. I recommend making this location your go-to for any postal needs. It was simply staffed by good folks who enjoyed working there and pride themselves in doing a great job! THANK YOU!”

“Best post office! I love the staff! They greet me, my kiddos, and my dog by name. One time I had a package delivered by USPS to a neighboring town by accident and they called that post office and had them get my package over to Frankton the next day! Above and beyond in service. My dog gets a treat or two at nearly every visit. Thank you, Frankton post office.”

“The post mater Lady is down home friendly in this small town. She knows us all. Especially when you need her help she knows your p o box # without having to say. The other day the Post office was Closed for the night and she came outside to us and asking if we wanted some of our mail that was to big for the box. She let us in and talked to us for a few minutes. I love her she is always so sweet to us.”
