I'm here a couple times per week, shipping for one of my businesses and most of the staff at this location are friendly and happy to help with any issues caused by the greater USPS system/organization. Not sure what the problem is with some of the other reviewers, but I suspect they treated that staff poorly first.

First Lady I spoke with was very helpful and professional but as soon as she calls her supervisor he immediately has an attitude and told me there is nobody to speak to about my several missing packages and I have to file a claim online which HE LITERALLY SAID is tedious and probably won’t help me anyways, Very Sketchy...
