“The tuck stopped going in to gear so had to call to have roadside assistance come and fix it so the truck was late getting back but they didn't change me for it being late they are super nice and understanding I will definitely go back if I need to rent one again my roadside assistance took forever to get to me over 2hrs after being told 60 minutes that's is my only complaint”
“$20 for an after hours drop is ridiculous. I literally parked the truck in the same spot I picked it up from and dropped the keys into a lock-box. Aside from that aspect, the process was quick and convenient. The vehicle was in solid, road-worthy condition and performed as needed. The business owner was personable and helpful.”
“I moved from Indiana back to Ohio about a month ago and I rented a Budget moving truck from this location. Dan was the name of the man who helped ring me up, gave me info on the truck and answered any questions I had. He was super friendly and helpful. I would assume he was the manager the way he conducted business, but I'm not too sure. Two other gentleman named Skylar and Chris helped get the other equipment around that I had included in my truck rental. I was impressed with all of them, they were so nice! It's hard to find service like this these days. Not to mention, Budget was $100 cheaper than U-Haul, and I have never received service like this there. I would highly recommend this particular shop. Thank you guys!”
