“$20 for an after hours drop is ridiculous. I literally parked the truck in the same spot I picked it up from and dropped the keys into a lock-box. Aside from that aspect, the process was quick and convenient. The vehicle was in solid, road-worthy condition and performed as needed. The business owner was personable and helpful.”

“I moved from Indiana back to Ohio about a month ago and I rented a Budget moving truck from this location. Dan was the name of the man who helped ring me up, gave me info on the truck and answered any questions I had. He was super friendly and helpful. I would assume he was the manager the way he conducted business, but I'm not too sure. Two other gentleman named Skylar and Chris helped get the other equipment around that I had included in my truck rental. I was impressed with all of them, they were so nice! It's hard to find service like this these days. Not to mention, Budget was $100 cheaper than U-Haul, and I have never received service like this there. I would highly recommend this particular shop. Thank you guys!”

“Picked up a 26 foot moving truck with car dolly in Edgewood Indiana. I would recommend this place. Definitely speak to Marty. Very easy to deal with individual. Drop off location in Orlando is also a very nice place. Very nice people. But the key drop off is not an orange box. It is a slot in the window. If it’s pouring down rain, you may wanna know that. Lol”
