“Stopped in for a taillight bulb. Found it and stood in line with one customer in front of me. Two guys behind the counter and one went to the back, the other was waiting on the customer in front of me. Waited quite a while then decided to leave. Went to Walmart and got the 2 pack of bulbs, Sylvania, identical as yours for $5.27. Your price was $9.99. I saved $4.72! Thank you for your lack of help!”

“Love the place. Staff is very friendly helpful. The only issue I have with AA is their phone system. When I call, the call never goes through & when asked told the phone hasn't rang. Sounds like a network problem that the workers don't have the authority to request the phone providers to fix the issue. Seems to me that AA could be losing money to their competitors because not all consumers are aware of the problem & call the competition to get their auto needs taken care of. Most customers usually need their parts when they call. In today's economy many do not have the luxury of fixing a problem before their vehicle breaks down.”
