“This place is a very customer friendly business. I’ve had a several upgrades done too my truck at Tri State. During my last upgrade I was informed the headlights I was having installed were defective. Ray, because he clearly takes great pride in his work told me he would attempt to get the upgraded version of the LED headlights they tried to install for me, due to the inconvenience of the long wait in the show room. He also told me he would throw in an LED reverse light at no cost. In just a couple of days Ray and Tri State Customs came through. I left Tri State with the higher end LED headlights at no where near the cost. I am very satisfied with how they handled the situation and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tri State Customs.”

“S & T did a fantastic job. The car they repaired for me was 22 years old and the paint was in rough shape. Replacing both passenger doors, the passenger rear quarter panel, the rear bumper, and repainting both left and right sideskirts and mirrors... with brand new paint on the entire right side, rear bumper, and the left mirror and sideskirt needing to match the 22 year old paint on the rest of the car, this was nothing short of a monumental challenge. The guys at S & T performed the best paint work I have seen yet. I feel that speaks volumes for a shop of their size and location. Thanks to Jeff and the rest of the crew there.Service: Body & Trim”

“Purchased windshield wiper blades. During a snow storm, one of my blades just flew off. Got two new ones at a reasonable price and the associate even came out to change them himself. I was greeted when I came in, got help right away, got my merchandise, and they changed out both blades for me. Whole transaction was less than 10 minutes. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for your excellent service.”

“Love the place. Staff is very friendly helpful. The only issue I have with AA is their phone system. When I call, the call never goes through & when asked told the phone hasn't rang. Sounds like a network problem that the workers don't have the authority to request the phone providers to fix the issue. Seems to me that AA could be losing money to their competitors because not all consumers are aware of the problem & call the competition to get their auto needs taken care of. Most customers usually need their parts when they call. In today's economy many do not have the luxury of fixing a problem before their vehicle breaks down.”

“I called Autokraft after I hit a deer they gave me an estimate. (Very resonable prices) I could still drive my car so I drove it till my insurance approved the quote. Once insurance approved my quote i called them and told them they ordered parts and luckily for me all the parts I needed got there in 3 weeks and then they scheduled my body work and had it less than a week and I got my car back good as new! Very friendly staff and made sure I was treated with respect! I would give 100 stars if I could!”
