The cashier refused to sell me water at the advertised price because I didn’t have the app even though I tried to download the app right in front of her for several minutes. She literally made me put them back.

Most incompetence I've ever seen at a gas station. Item rang up for incorrect price, 2 men behind the counter couldn't figure out which one to verify correct price of item in the store. 1 began to help other customers, and when asked if someone was going to check the price, physically stopped the other from coming out from behind the counter. Eventually, one did come out and verify the correct price and completed the transaction. There was poor customer service and total lack of communication. I felt very disrespected and was a terrible way to start a Monday morning.

In past years they had a great variety of donuts. Now it's just pathetic. They are burnt, or all plain, or all with white icing. No rhythm or reason. Just throw something together.

Almost completely empty drink coolers. Most of the fountain drinks are out of order. Almost never have any pizza ready.... this is how this location usually is....

I haven't order pizza from Casey's since 2020 because I moved to Kokomo. But today I ordered three large pizzas, one breakfast sausage and two premiums and they were as good as I remember them being three years ago, delicious Pizza!!

We absolutely love Casey's pizzaWe don't eat pizza from anywhere else now! Rheann is amazing and so,so pleasant! She went out of her way for me. I can't walk in so she brought my food out and even put it in the car for me also! She fixed a darn good pizza too! very, very good!

I stop here almost daily. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Never have to wait and if you're hungry, great place to stop abd grab some hot food! Yum to the chicken strips and ?! Also, if you use the Upside app, I often get 18 cents off per gallon at Casey's vs maybe 8 cents at Speedway.
