“I have to give it up to the NEW General Manager, TIM! My uncle rented a laptop from this store on 6/25/22, the first payment was due July 3. Due to being on disability, he only gets paid 1x a month. Since the 3rd is Tomorrow.. (on a Sunday), disability payments were given on Friday the 1rst. Which also caused the payment to AARONs also removed Friday the 1rst. My uncle decided to not lease the computer and returned the computer back to them on the 1rst. However, the $147.00 dollars was removed from my account on the same day he returned the computer. I was very upset because of this, I was worried because I read that Aarons DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. HOWEVER!!!! TIM KNEW MY CIRCUMSTANCES AND HOW THE PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE 3RD EVERY MONTH, UNLESS THE 3RD RUNS ON A WEEKEND. TIM DID NOT ARGUE THE RULES , HE DID NOT HOLD IT AGAINST ME THAT HE IN FACT INFORMED US THAT THE PAYMENT WOULD BE TAKING OUT ON THE 1RST DUE TO THE 3RD BEING SUNDAY . HE DID NOT REFUSE NOR HESITATE AT ALL AND HE REFUNDED THE $147.00 BACK TO MY ACCOUNT! HE WAS NOT RUDE AT ALL ! HE WAS VERY KIND AS WELL AS UNDERSTANDING TO MY SITUATION. HE MADE SURE THAT NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TOOK HIM TO GET IT FIGURED OUT TO BE ABLE TO REFUND MY ACCOUNT , HE WAS ON TOP OF IT! TIM WENT EVEN A STEP FURTHER AND HE CALLED MY PHONE AND LEFT A VOICEMAIL TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE SUCCESSFULLY REFUNDED THE MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT! IT IS SO RARE IN TODAY'S SOCIETY, TO HAVE A PERSON GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMER, EVEN DESPITE THE FACT HE DID IN FACT MENTION THE PAYMENT BEING REMOVED ON THE 1RST TO ME. THANK YOU TIM FOR YOUR HELP AS WELL AS YOUR KIDNESS!”

“Very kind and helpful. Definitely wanted me to get the right mattress for my best sleep. Even suggested that I take my time and visit the store several times just to tryout their mattresses. Told me I had a 30 nights sleep to be sure that the mattress that I ultimately chose was the right fit. Couldn't have been more helpful during the selection process. Delivered my set for a small fee, even though I'm a town over. Definitely the best place to get your mattress. Way more knowledgeable and helpful and understanding than any of your bigger stores. I highly recommend shopping there when it's time to replace your current mattress.”
