“So friendly and helpful! A package I sent from another state had not arrived, they called the next day to give an update. Once they located the package, they called again to make sure I was aware it was out for delivery. All during the holiday season and Covid. Amazing, thanks so much!”
“Omg the new lady at the post office here is AMAZING. She is so nice and so helpful and I can’t even begin to say how happy I am to have her at this location. We are lucky. Her co worker is great as well.”
“I can't believe I'm saying this but these people are actually TOO helpful. If it's empty, they greet you the moment you step through the door and ask all sorts of questions. Let me browse the flat rate mailers in peace!!!”
“4/22/25 Mr Louis took great care of me and treated me with kindness and respect. I will be returning to this location in hopes that I have him as my customer service representative. I would refer other people to him.
On the contrary, he was working with another lady (silvery blonde brownish hair just below her shoulders mid 40s to early 50s) that was rude to me, and undermining her fellow employee who was working with me first. Everything that she said was very inconvenient and judgmental and made me feel unwelcome. I would like to warn all customers of her negative character, regardless of her 'tenure.' People may forget what you say, but never forget how you make them feel. Choose kindness and convenience. Be better, Ms.”
“USPS initially delivered my package to the wrong address. Jeff Durant went above and beyond to locate my package and make sure I received it. Amazing customer service.”
“Saturday service is always fast and friendly. Can usually park on the street near the front door, but is available around back. They do close early on Saturday, but I appreciate them being open at all.”
