“Edit: Great improvement with customer service! Original: The doctor did a fantastic job. The reception staff definitely need a lesson in customer service. There were 2 of them. When I came out to pay for the visit they were both with someone. One finished up with her customer, never acknowledged me, and continued on having a conversation with the other receptionist and her customer. So I sat down. It wasn't for another minute she finally asked me if I was ready to pay. I told her I was waiting to......I definitely wasn't standing around there for no reason. Customer service first. Conversation later. I have my own job I need to make it to on time today.”

“We had two cats we adopted from a rescue that saved them. We took both of them, Ringo Dingo Starr, and Coconut Lime to this vet. They were very welcoming, and answered all of our questions, while giving amazing care, year after year. The bonus was, they were cheap! Two days ago, Coco suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. I walked in to my house, and she was lying on the floor, deceased. I called them up for advice, absolutely devastated. Even though they closed in 10 minutes, they told me to bring her in. I was an absolute mess, crying in the waiting room. The woman that helped me was so sweet, kind, and genuinely cared about the situation. I wish I had gotten her name. They made a hard situation just a little better. I will forever take my pets to them! Thank you so much. I really needed your care and concern at the time.”

“I absolutely LOVE this vet clinic. They always take such great care of my babies. I had an emergency visit with Dr. Loren Kruse. She and the vet tech Allison were absolutely Amazing! Dr. Kruse listened to my looong list of things that my senior pup has/is going through. Dr. Kruse was patient, empathetic, addressed every concern (even shared a few stories) and thoroughly went through our plan of action. I will be seeing her from now on. I can't recommend highly enough. A vet & staff like this are priceless. Kriston at the front desk was great and we shared stories as well.
