“I've been to this location many times. Most recent for tires for my daughters car. She want to two places prior. First was Jiffy where she went on a regular basis first oil changes and tire rotation. She went this time to jiffy and was told that they couldn't do rotation due to lug nuts being stripped and swollen? Note they were the last ones to rotate and was always done regularly. Said that she had to go buy lug nuts and post maybe and cone back. Went to best one tore formerly noble county tire. Unfortunately not any longer. They didnt say anything about lug nuts but that they couldn't do it due to tires soon bad they were about to blow. And she needed all 4 replaced for around 650$. I assure you they were wearing and needed replacement soon but no where near that bad. Anyway to get to Walmart Auto Care Center. Call them about new tires and rotate. 4 tires giis quality Douglas. 400$. Mounted balanced and disposal and taxes included. On top of all this...they were able to remove all lug nuts. And replaced a few bad ones at no cost. Amazing as usual. Don't let the rumors or the fact that its Walmart keep you from saving alot of money and hassel as well as being taken advantage of. Go to the Kendallville auto center”
