I called first to ask about checking my battery and if they would install the new one if I needed it.
He was nice, courteous and explained very clearly what would take place.
I got there and he ( I’m assuming the manager) was at the front and I explained I spoke with him a few minutes prior. He came right out, tested my battery and suggested I get a new battery, he gave me the OPTION of a refurbished one or a new one, then he installed it.
The whole thing took less than 15 minutes, my grandson even commented on how fast it was.
He did it efficiently, quickly, was polite and had a smile.

“Once upon a time, after having filled my belly with El Paraiso Mexican food, I tried to unlock my car by inserting the key into the driver's side door. (Since I bought the car 5 years ago, the FOB has never worked.) Lo and behold, the key wouldn't turn!!
So I walked a mile to the nearest auto shop—O'Reilly. Here, I was met with the BEST SERVICE from Clint and Charles! They took the time to find the BEST SUITABLE OPTION for addressing my problem. Instead of ordering a new key, they found a COST EFFECTIVE option of replacing my FOB battery.
Problem #2: The screw to my FOB was scraped. BUT WAIT!!! Charles and Clint worked CAREFULLY to pry open the plastic cover of my key without breaking it! They then gently took the battery out and replaced it.
Clint and Charles not only put up with my corny jokes, but they genuinely put every effort into solving my problem. I sincerely appreciate how they took an otherwise stressful situation and turned it into an enjoyable adventure for me!”
