“Jacob assisted me with the purchase of my new car battery and was incredibly knowledgeable about the selections available for my vehicle. Since I hadn’t budgeted for a brand new battery, I opted for a refurbished battery until my budget can allow for a new one next month. Jacob walked me through how to install the battery and I was on my way. 10/10 customer service! Thank you, Jacob! I’ll see you in November for my new battery!”

“Nigel helped me program and cut a fob I bought online. He was helpful, courteous, and kind. He was working alone and I saw him juggling between half a dozen customers while I was there. Although it was busy, he took the time to understand what each person needed and was always respectful. I saw him go the extra mile and replace a battery an elderly woman bought when he could have just sold it to her and moved on. Highly recommend. Will be back.”

“Shoutout to Devin! This young man saved a damsel in distress! I needed a new battery and did not know how to install it. He looked at my battery and figured out how to take out the old and replace with new. It was not easy, requiring tools and some elbow grease to get the battery out and in, but he did it with a smile on his face. Devin, your inquisitiveness and determination to replace a battery, not knowing completely if you could do it, displays the willingness to self-educate thru working experience, the best form of education someone could receive. I believe you have a bright future ahead of you based on your character and merit. As long as you work for O’Reilly, I definitely will be coming back for my auto part needs ?”

Mark added fluid which ran right out on the ground immediately. We called a tow truck to get it to our mechanic. “I want to take a moment to recognize the manager, Cheryl Jump, at O’Reilly Auto Parts Store # 2266 West Washington St, Indianapolis Ind, She was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I explained my situation, Cheryl took the time to thoroughly explain the type of battery my car needed and walked me through, step by step, why certain batteries would be the best fit. She gave me several options to choose from, helping me save both money and time without ever making me feel pressured. What impressed me even more was how much she genuinely cared. She recommended a mechanic she personally trusts and explained that he does great work on her own vehicle, which gave me confidence that I would be in good hands. Cheryl was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to talk to. She put herself in my shoes, listened to my concerns, and worked quickly to resolve every issue I had. In less than 20 minutes, she turned a stressful and negative situation into a positive one. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Cheryl is truly a shining star, and O’Reilly Auto Parts is fortunate to have her. Thank you, Cheryl, for going above and beyond!”
