“They replaced the non-charging battery on my iPhone 13 in just under an hour, for cheaper than another local option who required my phones PIN number which I refused to do. Thankfully, these guys were able to do it not only faster and cheaper but without the concern of privacy being an issue as well and didn’t need a PIN like the other guys were mandating as a requirement. 10/10! Highly Recommend!”

“My car almost didn’t start leaving work at 9pm tonight. I stopped at O’Rielly close to home and it was still open. The 17 year old their checked my alternator and battery. Alternator is good battery is bad. He removed my bad one and put in the new one.This took until 10:10. I have a clamp holding the battery in so it took a little time. PLEASE do not give the management a hard time because the store closes at 10:00.Thank you for having such good people running your establishment.”

“I was very Pleased with my Visit! ? This location was very well stocked with a wide variety of products! They also had a "sale" section! Which I found a couple things that I needed, marked down which is always a plus! The gentleman that checked Me out was very helpful, courteous and Patient! He was extremely patient with me as I could not recall the phone number that my rewards were connected to. So, he looked up the phone numbers that I believed it to be but they were not active. Which stinks bc I shop there often for all of mine and my husband's vehicle needs. But not to worry since the rewards accounts were not active he just set me up an account with my up to date information. Which I am immensely grateful! Overall, this was a wonderful experience! “It was a cold rainy wet nasty night and I needed windshield wiper fluid. I initially went to their auto part competitor store and had to walk out due to the service quality. As soon as I stepped inside two associates greeted me. I walked right over to what I needed and up to check out. I stood in line but the manager immediately told me to step over to his register. He made small conversation asked if I found everything okay. In & out in 6mins and I had a pleasant experience. They are a bit pricey and I didn't see any sales being ran but in this case it was worth it for sure!”

“Yea i went there last week to get a battery and check on a price for a alternator and it ended up costing me $240 bucks just for the battery, But i got $20 of that back for the core charge, Thankfully a buddy of mine owns a car lot up the street and had the exact type of alternator i needed so i got it from him and he installed it for me for a fee, either way i was getting reamed in price but it had to be done , But normally i dont shop at O'Reilly's because the prices seem to he much higher there than at Auto Zone or at Nationwide Auto and don't get me started on places like Pep Boys or some of the others that jack up the prices even though its the exact same parts the others have, Makes no sense to me.”

I went in to buy a part for my truck and when I brought said part to a mechanic I was told it was wrong and I needed a more expensive part. After some investigating on the manager and his associates part they found I was being bamboozled. Great guys and I would recommend them 100 percent of the time.”

“I like coming here to get gas even though it can be quite busy at times and depending on which direction you’re going it’s hard to get in and out of this location. There are quite a bit of potholes in the road as you come in and come out off of 21st street as well. The pumps are updated and have touchless pay, which is nice, but it would not work for me when I try to use it with Apple Pay.”

“Went in and had battery checked and it was bad. Young man hooked me up with new battery and tools to remove old and install new. Saved me the trip from goin home on the southside and bringing back the core later. Apparently he had and and an 04 mine is an 03P/U and he loved his and complimented mine. Was an awesome experience for me and all is great. Ya just don't get good service anymore but this was no doubt great!!”

“Walked in and was greeted my a young man named Jacob. I let Jacob know my engine light was on and asked if he could check it. He grabbed his equipment and we went to my care. He found the code and we both discovered it was my gas cap that caused the issue. I purchased the cap and he kindly attached it to my gas door for me. Jacob was kind and patient and took great care of me yesterday. You think of auto parts stores as a guys toy store and it can be an intimidating place for women but Jacob made me feel comfortable and was a great help to me. When i left i started my car and boom the engine light went out. I appreciate the great service Jacob provided and once again O'Reilly's saved the day. They are always my first choice when it comes to my auto part needs ???”
