“Very pleased with Interstate All Battery on West Washington Street in Indianapolis.
I called first to ask about checking my battery and if they would install the new one if I needed it.
He was nice, courteous and explained very clearly what would take place.
I got there and he ( I’m assuming the manager) was at the front and I explained I spoke with him a few minutes prior. He came right out, tested my battery and suggested I get a new battery, he gave me the OPTION of a refurbished one or a new one, then he installed it.
The whole thing took less than 15 minutes, my grandson even commented on how fast it was.
He did it efficiently, quickly, was polite and had a smile.

“I wish I could give double stars for my experience yesterday. I was on a road trip to Chicago stranded in IN because my battery had completely popped. After a long day waiting for my towing service and being very stressed/alone in an unfamiliar city, Chantz and Alex were so so helpful and kind. Not only did they help me with buying my battery to replace, they took the time to explain everything that was going on, made me laugh through a tough situation, and even changed the battery for me. I left feeling very safe and taken care of, can't thank the two of them enough!!”
“Shoutout to Devin! This young man saved a damsel in distress! I needed a new battery and did not know how to install it. He looked at my battery and figured out how to take out the old and replace with new. It was not easy, requiring tools and some elbow grease to get the battery out and in, but he did it with a smile on his face.
Devin, your inquisitiveness and determination to replace a battery, not knowing completely if you could do it, displays the willingness to self-educate thru working experience, the best form of education someone could receive. “We wish to praise Mark to the highest. My fiancée’s Mercury Grand Marquis’s power steering system was not working due to the fluid container being dry. Mark added fluid which ran right out on the ground immediately. We called a tow truck to get it to our mechanic.
Mark was so helpful and friendly and he needs to be commended for his outstanding service.

“I needed a coolant bleeder screw and the customer service was fantastic. The price was higher than you can find on Amazon or Walmart, but they had it when I needed it. He test your lady even found me some sort of discount to help get the price from $18 to $15.”
“Went in to oreilly on s. Emerson ave needing a a/c refrigerant recharge hose and nikolas was very helpful. Went into o reilly on 6/6/2025 and rayden took the time to find a pulley puller i needed that i could use to take off a rear wiper arm, when i had already went to two other auto stores non oreilly and neither employee at the other two stores would take the time to see if they even had a small puller i could use. Rayden actually took the time to get one that would work.”

“Went in and had battery checked and it was bad. Young man hooked me up with new battery and tools to remove old and install new. Saved me the trip from goin home on the southside and bringing back the core later. Apparently he had and and an 04 mine is an 03P/U and he loved his and complimented mine. Was an awesome experience for me and all is great. Ya just don't get good service anymore but this was no doubt great!!”

“they do a great job here but its a bit pricy. nothing they cant do they do everything in one shop which is very convenient. tried to charge me $80 to glue a rear view mirror back up tho. guy at SafeLite did it for free took him 5 mins and some glue. if u want a good job done go to these guys for sure. if ur trying to save money def dont”
“I pulled in the fridge late evening. I saw 2 employees cleaning and sweeping the store and normally I would not have gone inside since there were no other customers at the store. I walked inside and both of those employees greeted me very kindly and while he was not able to assist me he would have had my right head light been easily accessible to install. 5 stars for cleanliness of the store and genuine customer service. I will visit them again when I need something for my car”

“I like coming here to get gas even though it can be quite busy at times and depending on which direction you’re going it’s hard to get in and out of this location. There are quite a bit of potholes in the road as you come in and come out off of 21st street as well. The pumps are updated and have touchless pay, which is nice, but it would not work for me when I try to use it with Apple Pay.”
“I literally had to leave a review as soon as I got off the phone with a gentleman name “DEONTE “ at O’Reilly auto parts. I called to see what I needed for a oil change which “ I know nothing about “ I asked what would need and quote for the items. He asked what car I have which I wasn’t sure lol so he was patient enough with me to go to my car and read my registration. But also he gave me the price of the items and recommended some things to make it easier to remember to get. But he answered all my questions was VERY HUMBLE, POLITE & VERY PROFESSIONAL….. I realized I done asked him a thousand questions and being patient etc. I thank him a couple times for it and before we hung up I asked him what was his name and he “ DEONTE “ again thank you so much. People don’t realize no matter what kind of job it is always interacting with people and kindness goes a long way.”
