“I was at another Five Below in Plainfield and found a few pieces of the decorations I was looking for, but I needed a few more. I called the Avon store, and associate Liberty who answered was so nice and helpful. She set them aside for me while I drove to the location She checked for me, told me they had a few, and even had them ready when I arrived.
Jamarrah another associate greeted me with a big smile when I walked in, very personable as well, Javier grabbed them from the back for me, very pleasant as well. I really appreciated everyone taking the time to help. Great customer service at this location.”

“This store is like a miniature hobby lobby, except there is a variety of imported food. I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes bougie looking home decor, without breaking the bank, though it is a little more expensive than Ross, it’s worth it. At least visit.”
“Although some of the shelves were either low or have sold out they had things I hadn't seen at other dollar trees and that's the reason I have it 5 stars.”
“Very helpful clerk actually walked me to the item I was looking for! She was so nice and polite as well! Great customer service! Gave me restored hope in people! Thanks to her!”
“Whitestown location.Nice product, great staff. My question is, why do prices keep going up?They have taken all incentive discounts away and replaced them with "coupons" that are no value like what there was prior. At some point people will stop coming as prices for used products are becoming unreasonable.”

“At Avon Costco on 10/18 around 2 PM, the employee checking receipts at the exit had a visibly unhappy expression, made no eye contact, offered no greeting or thank-you, and barely acknowledged customers. I've experienced this same cold, unwelcoming attitude from him multiple times. In contrast, another female employee at the exit is consistently friendly, smiling, and courteous. Management should address this lack of basic customer service.”
