He was kind, patient and thorough in finding creative ways to jump start my car when he could not get the hood to release. After successfully getting my car started, he refused to take payment. He said I was in town after all, just down the road from the shop. I love the small town hospitality of D& D Auto & Towing.”

“My rented trailer had a brake chamber go out on I74 westbound and after dealing with another company that didn't actually fix the problem Indy Mobile saved the day! The technician showed up quickly before the eta, and had the part swapped out in no time. He also made sure my slack adjustors were good to go from the spring brakes popping on before letting me get on my way. Very courteous and professional and knew what he was doing. After about 15 minutes the tech had me rolling out again no sweat. Ryder paid so I can't comment on pricing but the tech knew what he was doing and wasn't a jerk about doing his job. Would recommend for other drivers who don't always carry spare parts.”

The news about the young lady who's car was towed and impounded by the police and charges were dismissed touched me and I wanted to pay the towing bill because JOE WAIVED THE STORAGE CHARGE since the charges was dropped. He stated I did not need to since he took care of it and I did not need to do that. This is in my opinion one good, honest, and a man with a good heart. Also I do not live in his town or have ever spoken to him before this day.......He thanked me for my service in Vietnam and he deserves a thank you for his service to his community.”

“I have had a love hate with this company but, for the most part they are reliable. I was down on my luck and they were able to tow my car to the battery shop I needed. I had an issue of not being able to put my car in neutral and they still were able to help with dollies they put under my wheels. They were able to help with a minor flock as well which I'm incredibly grateful for. As much as I hate every time I have had to use their services they are straight forward and reliable. Through and through. Thank you so much!”

“Unfortunately our son went to visit a friend and neglected to park in a visitors spot. I called to find out the process of getting his car out. While getting towed is never a happy moment, we were upset at our son and not the tow company. Courtney was very professional and courteous when I asked why he was towed. She explained the process and promptly sent a text outlining the documents we would need. We were able to text a screen shot ahead of time and she prepared the paperwork. My husband accidentally cut off his name while screen shooting the DMV proof of registration online. She immediately caught the mistake and let me know. While no one wants to get towed, and I am sure she deals with upset customers daily, Courtney at least made the process very easy to get the car back and in a very professional manner.”
