“My online banking was suspended and the number I was given from the website was negative help. No help to the point I was ready to pull my assets and move them to a new bank. I called my hometown bank which has always been good to me, and Ms. Melanie M. was extremely kind, understanding, respectful, and helpful. All traits that were absent from the representatives from the main PNC line. Ms. Melanie M. went above and beyond to help me, and valued my concerns. I was 99% sure I would be leaving PNC after this situation, but Ms. Melanie M. brought me back. I hope she is rightfully valued at the company because she could not have been better to me.
