“Shoe Sensation in Batesville is fantastic! The staff is great and do their best to help you however they can. I got these super fun boots on clearance months ago for a specific event I have coming up. I put them on the shelf and hadn't tried them back on since. When I got them out again, I realized the boots were two very different sizes and I was SO sad. I took them back on a long shot and asked if they happened to have any left and have the size I needed to swap for. I also didn't have my receipt. However. They happened to have the other box with the missed match sizes and she swapped the wrong boot for me! They made my day and were so kind. ☺”
