“I purchased a Columbia longbow from Blacktail Now company a couple of years ago. I absolutely love the bow!! I went out this morning to shoot and when I drew the bow back the bottom limb delameted. Yes I went into instant panic mode since bow season opens in two days. I called Blacktail and talked to I believe is one of the new owners. He is gonna send me a bow to use until they can repair my old one. Now that is service!!!”
“Went into buy a treadmill. Jason was very helpful, even helped me unbox a treadmill to make sure it worked before buying. He also helped me get it to the front of the store, and even into my vehicle. He was very polite and has great customer service skills. I would definitely purchase from this store again if employees continues doing there jobs and putting customers needs first.”

“We have worked with Crystal and her staff for about 18 years! Their work is top notch...great quality and they are so easy to work with. I've always said "Crystal is the nicest lady in Bedford"! Her husband Mike is not so bad either! Highly recommended!!”
