“We had our windows tinted with Indianapolis Auto Spa and they did an excellent job and then had a situation with a dent on our trunk lid. Took our car back to Tom to fix the dent and you can’t tell where the dent was. He did a great job fixing the dent. His staff is very attentive to detail and really cares about their customers. “They got me in and out quickly which was great. BUT they need to update their payment system. They asked me to either write down my pin or go in the back to put it in myself. I figured id trust them and wrote it down for them. They shouldn't be allowing such low security practices. I NEVER use my debit, but it just so happened that a month or so after this I had some fraud warnings from illicit transactions on my account and had to issue a new card. Not saying it was them, but if they want to keep their name clean, they should be using up to date methods for payment, its not hard. Otherwise, was happy to get a fast repair so I could get on the road again.”
