“We found Carzip online and chose to take our 2022 Nissan Murano there to have a new headlight assembly installed. The reviews couldn’t have been more on point. Joel was fantastic the quote process and payment process made the experience seem less, the quality of work and timelines of our repair was the icing on the cake. Thank you Joel and Carzip we will not go anywhere else for our car needs in the future.”

“Really happy with the service here. The whole process was fast and convenient from start to finish. They set me up with a rental car while mine was being worked on, which made things a lot less stressful. When I got my car back, it was cleaned inside and out, and they even polished up the headlights — a nice touch I wasn't expecting.”

“They got me in and out quickly which was great. BUT they need to update their payment system. They asked me to either write down my pin or go in the back to put it in myself. I figured id trust them and wrote it down for them. They shouldn't be allowing such low security practices. I NEVER use my debit, but it just so happened that a month or so after this I had some fraud warnings from illicit transactions on my account and had to issue a new card. Not saying it was them, but if they want to keep their name clean, they should be using up to date methods for payment, its not hard. Otherwise, was happy to get a fast repair so I could get on the road again.”

“These guys are the absolute BEST!! They are family owned business with a small town feel. My dad is a mechanic, so growing up I never had to worry about maintenance, if something went wrong with my vehicle, or being overcharged due to my vehicular ignorance. I feel the same with the guys at Logans. They're a honest, hard-working, and dedicated group of guys! Just be aware, as many reviews state, they only take cash or check.”

“I have used Caliber in the past and have never been disappointed. Their body work/ repair is excellent. The general manager, Ryan Zrebiec, went above and beyond keeping me apprised of the progress of my repairs on a daily basis. They even repaired an old, antique license plate that was on the front end of my truck which I thought was unrepairable! I recommend their work and customer service highly.”

“After being rear-ended, I unfortunately had to bring my car in for repairs. Nick was my service advisor, and he was fantastic throughout the entire process. At first, the insurance company had my phone number wrong, so I had no idea what was happening with my vehicle. Nick quickly figured out the issue and made sure I received updates directly from him every step of the way. My car ended up presenting several unexpected challenges for Nick and his technicians, and I really commend them for their hard work and dedication in getting to the root of every issue. They made sure my car was repaired properly and returned to me in excellent condition. There were a few delays due to parts availability, which pushed the completion date back a bit, but that was completely out of Caliber’s control. Even then, Nick continued to keep me informed with regular progress updates, which I really appreciated. I couldn’t be happier with the final result—my car looks brand new! Thank you to Nick and the entire team at Caliber for making a stressful situation so much easier and for taking such great care of my vehicle.”

I had them do a few small things to my car and it was done at a reasonable price. They also cleaned the inside of my car so overall my car was in way better shape than before I brought in. I want to also add that they were great at communicating with me and they were actually done with the car about a day early.”
