“David Johnson is a great Insurance Agent. Even though State Farm as a company was difficult to work with, Mr. Johnson did EVERYTHING he possibly could to get us a fair claim settlement for hail damage to our home. He was very responsive, caring, knowledgeable and professional. He always made us feel that we mattered to him and his business. Whatever we needed help with (home, auto, etc.) he was there for us. If we ever return to State Farm Insurance, we would definitely want Mr. Johnson to be our agent.”
“The lady (picture attached because I am terrible with names) that helped me, I think her name was Haley was super helpful and nice! Made everything very easy was able to get it done with my toddler and new born -usually that would have been a nightmare but she did it efficiently! She was very courteous and understanding, I really appreciated the convenience of being able to text back and forth to finish everything out!”
