“We bought a Zebart protection plan through a dealership. The first two years of the yearly maintenance checkup went poorly (I'm being nice). I went in today locked and loaded based on the previous 2 years experience. The manager/owner explained what they are responsible for and what things we need to do to prepare our vehicle for their service. This was the first time anyone a this location took the time to do that. The past 2 times, when we felt their service was sub-par at best, it fell on deaf ears, which further made me ready for a fight this time. Based on our conversation today, Zebart Bloomington made all the past indiscretions right. They even cleaned everything, which they didn't have to do, but did it to make things right, and to correct the lack of effort and communications with us that the previous visits chose to ignore. The new owner was a breath of fresh air and now I would recommend Zebart Bloomington wholeheartedly!”
