“Before finalizing my purchase of a used car, I told Jared about the top 3 cars on my list. He strongly advised against the 3rd one, and then made room in his schedule to inspect my top pick. The inspection was thorough, timely, and provided the information I needed to close the deal. I highly recommend Jared and his team!”

“I hit a deer on a Sunday night. I filed with my insurance on Monday morning and stopped at Mintons to ask about an estimate. They took pictured right then and there and had an estimate to me within a few hours. Then we scheduled the repairs. Repairs were made in the time frame they told me and my car was returned looking good as new. Customer service was EXCELLENT! They answered all my questions very professionally. I even had to go back a few days later as my sest belt height adjuster was stuck and not working properly. They had me come in to look at it and took time to fix it right there. Will definitely recommend Mintons to anyone looking for a repair shop. THANK YOU!”

“This place is great! They sold me tires about a year ago and recently I got a hole in one of them. They fixed it for free. They are so nice and work with you. They do get quite busy and dont offer appointments so the earlier you show up, the better spot in line you'll have !”

“My daughter is 100’s of miles away from family at IU and her check engine light continually went on and off. Sent her to Flynn Motorsports for a diagnostic check. They immediately got back to me saying no codes were stored or showing active. They even waived the diagnostic fee. Super responsive, friendly, reasonable and honest! So refreshing to work with a mechanic that does the right thing. Parents, send your kids here!”

“I’ve had two of my cars serviced at Pomp Tire on back-to-back days, and both experiences were excellent. The team did a great job, and the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Mark helped us this time and was great to work with. I’ve also worked with Kevin on previous visits, and he has been excellent as well. It’s great to have a tire and service shop where you can trust the team to do quality work and take care of their customers. Highly recommend Pomp Tire!”

“I had to have my car towed to Wray’s on a Sunday afternoon. They worked my car in between scheduled appointments. They diagnosed the issue quickly, got the parts quickly, and I was back on the road in a timely manner. I appreciate them so much!”

“I have had this shop do all of my regular maintenance and repairs for years now. I have had nothing but good experiences! The guys in the front office have always been exceptional, but Justin (manager) really is amazing at his job. Next level customer service. When someone asks where should they get work done on their vehicles this is the place I recommend. They also have always done their work quickly, and that has been very important to me due to only having one vehicle.”

“Not only did they completely replace my cracked in half front windshield for a great price of $423 in all, but they had great customer service. They reached out to me beforehand to figure out a better time for my appointment, offered me to wait in the waiting room ( as it only took an 1 1/2 hour), and offered me an itemized receipt as well. Overall, this is the best experience I’ve had getting my car worked on; I even took a business card for my friends. Shoutout to the receptionist as well, she was extremely kind, helpful, and personable!”

“The best body shop experience i have ever had. Joe was able to take my 2016 Camaro in the day I showed up. Had it torn down for insurance that same week. And was done within 2 weeks or less after my front end was ripped off in an accident. The whole process was hassle free and the results were better than any previous body work that was done on my car. The hood perfectly aligned with the fenders and the paint work made her look like new when I arrived. They even went above and beyond and made sure my interior stayed cleaned as well as found a missing necklace for my wife. 5 stars deserved for the efforts they put in.”

“These guys are amazing! My car was hit in a parking lot. I took it to a dealer at first. It sat there for 4 days without an estimate, finally took it to Tony Kinser and received an estimate the next day. They worked with the insurance company and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Highly recommended, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“Jim is one the hardest working guys I know. Have sent him dozens of cars to work on. Very fair on repair bills, straight forward, and one of the very few techs I trust in town to touch my fleet work.”

“The best and most honest auto body shop in town! I took my car to two different auto shops before Tom Cherry and I had a gut feeling that they were diagnosing my car with an issue that wasn’t the problem I was dealing with, so I took it to Tom Cherry and they fix the actual issue I was having which was unrelated to the problems the other two autobody shops were trying to fix. If I hadn’t of gone with my gut and taking it to Tom Cherry, I would be out more than $4000. I highly recommend tom cherry!!!”

“Best experienced I ever had buying a new vehicle. If your looking for a kia I would recommend bloomington Kia. It is worth the drive from anywhere in Indiana and beyond. My salesman was Sunny she was awesome if not for her I would not off bought my Kia that day. Me and my wife was just testing the water. Wasn't ready to buy but Sunny sold us with no pressure, she hooked us by having such a great attitude. Her knowledge and willingness to listen to what I was looking for.”

“Interstate has a great product. You have to be careful though because sometimes they’re a lot more than they should be… Most of the time it’s comparable and I have proven their batteries will last years longer than others, especially if they have a tender . Although ordering parts from them is somewhat trivial, I had to order them and then go back. They had not ordered them place the order again they were supposed to call me. They did not. I went back and they had my parts. .. Little work to be done there overall good people good product somewhat decent price, but you should ask for a discount every time or find a coupon which I don’t think exists”

“I recently had to have my tire monitor system replaced, Neal tire was able to get me in right away, work was completed in less than half an hour and the cost was about half of a competitors price. Great job, I will be back for other services as needed!”

“Always extremely friendly and quick to go above and beyond. Sounds strange to say this, but I kinda look forward to my visits. The only time I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of at a car establishment.”

“Jasper is the kindest, friendliest and most professional car sales associate l've ever met. Mazdas sell themselves but having a great staff makes finding one with this local car dealer a lux experience.”

“I don't know them personally, but I did take a chance and ordered a motor through them online. after ordering it I realized I made a mistake and shipping wasn't included.. Reaching out to them was easy and they went above and beyond with customer service and a solution. The hold up was on my end 100%. Hard times came and time went by. It's now almost been a whole year and my motor is now on a crate headed to me. I salute these guys for holding that and being honest. Will definitely have my business recommendations and my business when I need parts. I suspect these guys repair vehicles with the same honesty. And for that reason they deserve your business and will value it. Thank you very much. -James”

“My wife and I decided to go hiking a week ago. When we arrived in the park our car started smoking. LOL What a Ford.?! So we carefully drove it back and ended up stopping at Ideal Auto. I was shocked at how much Kasem cares about his customers and decided to have him fix the car. I can not say enough about how GREAT of a mechanic Kasem is. His prices are fair and His work is excellent. I recommend and am going to send Him business from my coworkers if they need a mechanic. That is how much I recommend and trust Kasem. Thanks Again.”

“I brought Brandon an obscure electrical issue with a 99 Landcruiser 2 years ago. He diagnosed it in an hour (3 other shops couldn’t figure it out) and fixed it himself with off the shelf parts for a significantly lower price. It still runs fine. Service like this is hard to come by. I recommend this shop to everyone I know in Bloomington.”

“Joslyn was fantastic! I responded to an ad on Facebook about a vehicle. She had excellent customer service skills, answered all my questions, and worked harder than I expected to get me in to Bloomington to look it over. I decided not to purchase that vehicle, but did look at other vehicles on site. In an age of poor to no customer service, Joslyn was a reminder that it does still exist. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would recommend checking out the Community automotive group, and be sure to ask for Joslyn. Came in today for service on my 2019 Jeep Grand cherokee. Got here early they greeted me with smiles and warmth. I was first in first out and they treated me very very well will only have my vehicle service here from now on”
