“The best body shop experience i have ever had. Joe was able to take my 2016 Camaro in the day I showed up. Had it torn down for insurance that same week. And was done within 2 weeks or less after my front end was ripped off in an accident. The whole process was hassle free and the results were better than any previous body work that was done on my car. The hood perfectly aligned with the fenders and the paint work made her look like new when I arrived. They even went above and beyond and made sure my interior stayed cleaned as well as found a missing necklace for my wife. 5 stars deserved for the efforts they put in.”
“The best and most honest auto body shop in town! I took my car to two different auto shops before Tom Cherry and I had a gut feeling that they were diagnosing my car with an issue that wasn’t the problem I was dealing with, so I took it to Tom Cherry and they fix the actual issue I was having which was unrelated to the problems the other two autobody shops were trying to fix. If I hadn’t of gone with my gut and taking it to Tom Cherry, I would be out more than $4000. I highly recommend tom cherry!!!”
“2015 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins with the horrible 68rfe. They were able to get my truck in and out really fast. Pricing was pretty fair for the work done. I have since put 4000 miles on new transmission and it shifts like butter. I have no issues with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.”

It sat there for 4 days without an estimate, finally took it to Tony Kinser and received an estimate the next day. “Joslyn was fantastic! I responded to an ad on Facebook about a vehicle. She had excellent customer service skills, answered all my questions, and worked harder than I expected to get me in to Bloomington to look it over.
I decided not to purchase that vehicle, but did look at other vehicles on site.
In an age of poor to no customer service, Joslyn was a reminder that it does still exist.

Came in today for service on my 2019 Jeep Grand cherokee. Got here early they greeted me with smiles and warmth. I was first in first out and they treated me very very well will only have my vehicle service here from now on”
“They do good work I had my windows tinted and it runs you about $290.00 cash on a 4 door sadan with a brow on the front windshield. Now my only complaint with them is this I keep the interior of my vehicle clean and when I got my car back the door panels and door jams were marked up and shoe marks from the installer shoes. The door panels had streaks on them from the solution they use when installing the tint. Now not a major issue but for hindsight I believe you should return the vehicle as it was dropped of to you. Other than that thank you Van Horn y'all do good work.”

“I hit a deer on a Sunday night. I filed with my insurance on Monday morning and stopped at Mintons to ask about an estimate. They took pictured right then and there and had an estimate to me within a few hours. Then we scheduled the repairs. Repairs were made in the time frame they told me and my car was returned looking good as new. Customer service was EXCELLENT! They answered all my questions very professionally. I even had to go back a few days later as my sest belt height adjuster was stuck and not working properly. They had me come in to look at it and took time to fix it right there. Will definitely recommend Mintons to anyone looking for a repair shop. THANK YOU!”
