“Purchased a 2021 Ford explorer from here. Kevin and Devon (no longer with the company) were amazing. Prompt service, communication, and performed all necessary repairs and maintenance to the car before I picked it up.
The car was a fair price, and the finance terms were on the good side of the spectrum. My only gripe was that my credit was ran twice, rather than the once that I was told it would be ran - but that may have been a clerical error, and my score did not drop significantly.
I would recommend community's outlet lot, and if I needed a new car again, and they had what I wanted - I would give them another go.”
