“The best body shop experience i have ever had. Joe was able to take my 2016 Camaro in the day I showed up. Had it torn down for insurance that same week. And was done within 2 weeks or less after my front end was ripped off in an accident. The whole process was hassle free and the results were better than any previous body work that was done on my car. The hood perfectly aligned with the fenders and the paint work made her look like new when I arrived. They even went above and beyond and made sure my interior stayed cleaned as well as found a missing necklace for my wife. 5 stars deserved for the efforts they put in.”
“The best and most honest auto body shop in town! I took my car to two different auto shops before Tom Cherry and I had a gut feeling that they were diagnosing my car with an issue that wasn’t the problem I was dealing with, so I took it to Tom Cherry and they fix the actual issue I was having which was unrelated to the problems the other two autobody shops were trying to fix. If I hadn’t of gone with my gut and taking it to Tom Cherry, I would be out more than $4000. I highly recommend tom cherry!!!”
“Let's talk about mistakes. We all make them - right? When mistakes are made there are a few options to deal with them. Play the blame game, lie, ignore or respond with concern and get right to getting the customer back on the road, in this case. Our recent repair at Quality Certified Transmission did not go well. Mistakes were made and their quality control did miss them. Of course mistakes seems to culminate around holiday weekends when it's raining... A tow later and back at QCT the problem was found. While directly related to the repair they had just done it was a part that was disconnected and re-connected. QCT decided to replaced the entire part not related to the repair they had made, even though it seemed to still function properly, at no cost just to be sure. The owner, Mike, then even offered to deliver the, vehicle, paid the towing fee and even topped off the gas tank. While I would have preferred no mistakes had been made the fact that QCT went to such lengths to make it right means a lot to me. Thanks guys!”

The entire job was completed in under 45 minutes and the results look fantastic — clean, dark, and perfectly done.The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. “These guys are amazing! My car was hit in a parking lot. I took it to a dealer at first. It sat there for 4 days without an estimate, finally took it to Tony Kinser and received an estimate the next day. They worked with the insurance company and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Highly recommended, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“Joslyn was fantastic! I responded to an ad on Facebook about a vehicle. She had excellent customer service skills, answered all my questions, and worked harder than I expected to get me in to Bloomington to look it over.
I decided not to purchase that vehicle, but did look at other vehicles on site.
In an age of poor to no customer service, Joslyn was a reminder that it does still exist.

“I hit a deer on a Sunday night. I filed with my insurance on Monday morning and stopped at Mintons to ask about an estimate. They took pictured right then and there and had an estimate to me within a few hours. Then we scheduled the repairs. Repairs were made in the time frame they told me and my car was returned looking good as new. Customer service was EXCELLENT! They answered all my questions very professionally. I even had to go back a few days later as my sest belt height adjuster was stuck and not working properly. They had me come in to look at it and took time to fix it right there.
