“I hit a deer on a Sunday night. I filed with my insurance on Monday morning and stopped at Mintons to ask about an estimate. They took pictured right then and there and had an estimate to me within a few hours. Then we scheduled the repairs. Repairs were made in the time frame they told me and my car was returned looking good as new. Customer service was EXCELLENT! They answered all my questions very professionally. I even had to go back a few days later as my sest belt height adjuster was stuck and not working properly. They had me come in to look at it and took time to fix it right there. Will definitely recommend Mintons to anyone looking for a repair shop. THANK YOU!”

“The best body shop experience i have ever had. Joe was able to take my 2016 Camaro in the day I showed up. Had it torn down for insurance that same week. And was done within 2 weeks or less after my front end was ripped off in an accident. The whole process was hassle free and the results were better than any previous body work that was done on my car. The hood perfectly aligned with the fenders and the paint work made her look like new when I arrived. They even went above and beyond and made sure my interior stayed cleaned as well as found a missing necklace for my wife. 5 stars deserved for the efforts they put in.”

It sat there for 4 days without an estimate, finally took it to Tony Kinser and received an estimate the next day. “The best and most honest auto body shop in town! I took my car to two different auto shops before Tom Cherry and I had a gut feeling that they were diagnosing my car with an issue that wasn’t the problem I was dealing with, so I took it to Tom Cherry and they fix the actual issue I was having which was unrelated to the problems the other two autobody shops were trying to fix. If I hadn’t of gone with my gut and taking it to Tom Cherry, I would be out more than $4000. I highly recommend tom cherry!!!”

“Being a 25 year old is fun and all until things happen. My Tahoe went out back in December 2025 and I took it to a shop in town and got quoted a very high amount and the shop also had mixed reviews. I ended up finding myself doing research on QC and saw how amazing everyone said their services are. I contacted them via email at first and Mike got back to me asap, that was already a sign of greatness to me. He then offered the free tow and diagnostic long as I agree for the maintenance to be done. It took me about 2-3 weeks to get my money together and with working two jobs and preparing for a plumbers apprenticeship I lost track of time and QC were very patient with me. Mike and Steve are wonderful guys who care about their customers and their car issues. In today’s world we come across very expensive things, companies taking our hard earning money but QC will make sure it’s affordable and done correctly. My tahoe is currently getting worked on now and although I do not have it back just yet I trust them with how hard they work, communicate and they are patient. I hope anyone who has transmission issues chooses to go to QC and when they talk Mike and Steve they will be excited to see how great they are. Definitely wish I could give more than 5 stars but you guys have gained a new customer and in the future I will bring all issues to QC, Mike, Steve and the rest of the team.”

“Joslyn was fantastic! I responded to an ad on Facebook about a vehicle. She had excellent customer service skills, answered all my questions, and worked harder than I expected to get me in to Bloomington to look it over. I decided not to purchase that vehicle, but did look at other vehicles on site. In an age of poor to no customer service, Joslyn was a reminder that it does still exist. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would recommend checking out the Community automotive group, and be sure to ask for Joslyn. Came in today for service on my 2019 Jeep Grand cherokee. Got here early they greeted me with smiles and warmth. I was first in first out and they treated me very very well will only have my vehicle service here from now on”

“Interstate has a great product. You have to be careful though because sometimes they’re a lot more than they should be… Most of the time it’s comparable and I have proven their batteries will last years longer than others, especially if they have a tender . Although ordering parts from them is somewhat trivial, I had to order them and then go back. They had not ordered them place the order again they were supposed to call me. They did not. I went back and they had my parts. .. Little work to be done there overall good people good product somewhat decent price, but you should ask for a discount every time or find a coupon which I don’t think exists”
