Twenty-year account holder and I have a mortgage with chase, but it's $35 charge to send a wire (after I was informed over the phone the day before this would be waved)? Wow, this is kind of making me rethink being such a loyal customer.

This savings bank is very user-friendly and has employees who can speak Chinese, which is good news for Chinese people who do not understand English.
