“I absolutely love this bank! We switched here many years ago and the customer service has been by far the best we have had at a bank since the day we started banking here. My current favorite is Stephanie, today when I walked in she was very friendly, addressed me by name and asked how mutual friends were doing. I know they were super busy but she took the time to actually have a bit of conversation. She then proceeded to direct me where to go for proper assistance, she was training a teller and taking care of the drive up window at the same time. All while remaking pleasant, didn't get flustered and handled it all extremely well. Customer service can be lacking sometimes, not at this location! I They have a private parking lot and drive through window-making life easier all the way around!”

“Greetings to all – jolly Dave here – just a note of gratitude, happiness, and joy to share – I was in a pickle yesterday – I went to my ‘old’ bank for a very important wire transfer towards the purchase of a house – for untimely reasons that were not their fault, they didn’t have staff to help with this very important wire transfer – the following day(today) was/is a holiday – and I’m supposed to close tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM – yikes! So… I went across the street to the IUCU Winslow branch – to my delight, a nice lady, Jessica Baxter took great care of me – had a smile on her face the whole way, even though my information was old and had to be updated (whoops) she treated me like I was important and that she cared and most importantly, got the wire transfer done and sent off before closing – good job Jessica! Thank you very much – this is her card, I highly recommend her and this facility for banking needs, and I will definitely be back”

Yes, having everyone in the bank know my name seems important to me. And chase helped me refinance my house 16 years ago free of charge, fixes overdrafts when they happen, rare as that is for me, even fix a problem I had with ATT a couple of years ago. !”
