“I stopped by the chase bank across the street first , but the teller acted like she didn’t want to help me and when she called the bank officer to help me with opening an account, I was told she too busy. Every one at the credit union was awesome. So glad I decided to check it out! Thank you to the professional and efficient staff!”

“This is a pretty decent place to bank. If you do have a lot of money they have some decent interest if you're too lazy to invest elsewhere. If you're poor, like I once was they have pretty good services where you can speak with someone at the service area and ask that you disable basically every fee possible like overdrafting and stuff like that. Regardless of how much money I have or haven't had with this bank, I have at all times (hundreds of times) felt respected. I'm going to use this bank until I have over 250,000 or whatever the federally insured limit is. They have consistently put in the effort and deserve a 5.”

“Crane Credit Union is the best of the best from my experience. We moved from Centra Credit Union about 5 years ago. We have good financial capability and Centra treated us like a child. We moved our banking to Crane and it was seamless. Mike Jackson in Franklin, IN is the best. We walked in, told him the deal, opened our accounts, told him what we needed and it happened with no BS. It was a great process. We were treated like Centra should have treated us after 25+ years. Crane has been great, I would highly recommend Crane and Mike Jackson. Great job Crane!”

“These reviews are old and from a former credit union called Member's Choice. Indiana Members Credit Union is exceptional. I opened an account with them in 2015, at the Carmel branch off of 96th and the experience was fantastic. I am in Bloomington now, and I use the Elletsville branch and absolutely love all of the staff. The women are eager to help, will go above and beyond, and always make me feel like I am part of the family. Please ignore the previous reviews. I don't know why on earth Member's Choice reviews are stuck on the new branch. It's a shame because anyone looking for a new bank who sees them is going to miss out on a great credit union.”
“I made a mistake on my withdraw amount, I wrote down the number in bills i wanted . How ever it was not the same in the bills, it was my fault because I told them how I wanted it in bills. When I got home I realized my mistake and called customer service and what happen and the branch: while I was on the phone with customer service the branch called and had caught my mistake. Thanks your tellers are so great to me, this is not the first time I have done this, but our great tellers always find my mistakes. Thank you”
