CVS is a friendly and helpful store with good customer service. Most employees are welcoming, and management is also very friendly. The store has an odd layout, with items on both the main and upper levels, and it can be hard to find the stairs or escalator. The upper floor tends to be hot and cramped. Self-checkout is encouraged and feels safe with security nearby. The store generally has a quiet atmosphere, with few customers inside at a time. Although it closes at 10 pm like other local stores, it is convenient for those on campus or without transportation. Overall, it is a reliable place to shop with helpful staff and a good environment.

Management is very friendly and helpful and my experience has been that most of the employees are as well. I do wish they had later hours but then, it closes at the same time as all others in town currently (10pm) aside of the 24hr store on East Third St. I’ll be back for sure!
