I have walked into the VZ store ( corporate) at Clarksville IN and asked for help with bill explanation or phone issues only to be told the service is x $ and hour. Bloomington IN CORPORATE STORE is friendly, patient and speak fluent English in hometown USA. Not a call center in the Philippines!!
