I have walked into the VZ store ( corporate) at Clarksville IN and asked for help with bill explanation or phone issues only to be told the service is x $ and hour. Bloomington IN CORPORATE STORE is friendly, patient and speak fluent English in hometown USA. Not a call center in the Philippines!!

“Staff is always super friendly and very helpful. I come in occasionally for pokemon tcg products and always end up having a pleasant conversation. Went end today and ended up snagging the last venusaur and blastoise box and the staff member was very excited for me and wished me luck on my pulls. Love this location!”
