The manager of distinct home furnishings looked at it before they sent it back to me, and decided that this was not up to par to return to the customer, so he fixed it properly himself, he called me to let me know and had it delivered to me the next day. “mom had a recliner delivered, a couple months ago. We could not get the footrest up high enough, to elevate her legs. I had to get up and raise it higher, every time she reclined. I called stahls, and the gentleman told me what to do. I tried it, and now mom ( At 86) does it on her own.I recommend this Lazyboy recliner. They have many kinds. “Just like the mall it's attached to. This Target location needs some cleaning. Couldn't go a few steps and either something was on the ground from the shelf or there was trash. I want to look at things but if I look at the ground to watch my step more, it's hard to.”

“Sales people were great. Answered all our questions and we got a great deal on a new bed. There was some damage to the headboard when we got home. I took it back the next morning. The staff was really nice and helped me get the new one loaded. They gave me partial money back for my trouble, that was unexpected and really nice.
I will recommend the business and will be a returning customer”
