This Uber situation is beyond frustrating! I tried to use my card, and it was declined. I even had to speak to a fraud prevention agent who supposedly sorted it out, but nope, still declined. Now, they're telling me to go all the way to the bank? I can't even access my own money when I want to! It's ridiculous!

Website is great, and the people are excellent to deal with. I've been very satisfied and have had zero negative experiences with German American.
