Honestly, Ever since David Beckham left h&m so did I. Lifeless lower quality fashion at a premium price but the costumer service is a good counterbalance.

I went in to do an even exchange on a sweatshirt I got my son for Christmas, and because I got 10% of for joining their rewards program which made the sweatshirt cheaper. I had to pay a deference for the exchange. That makes no since out all. I will not be back

We most often take old, worn out clothes to H&M for their recycle program. They give people who drop off clothes a 15% off coupon to use in store. They have unique, stylish clothes.
