“Went to Lowes yesterday to purchase a new lockset, have it rekeyed for my existing key. Was told I had to purchase the lockset and leave it, would receive a call within 24 hours to return to the store and pick up my rekeyed lock set. I walked out, drove Menards, picked out a lock set, walked over to building material desk, spoke with James, bingo bango. Thank you , James!”
“The fella that works in The service department. Shorter statued man salt pepper hair. I’m telling you there is no better help than this man he is a wealth of knowledge always willing to help me every time I come in there. I’m just going to say that a lot of people go in there give tractor supply business because of this gentleman he will show you tell you or tell you somebody that does know how to do it if he doesn’t excellent service!!! I will edit his name in there at a later time but he’s phenomenal”
