“Cam was good . Set up the service. Took the modem home . Didn’t work. Went back to the store to set up direct deposit. As of today, no notice of the $5 off for direct deposit. Then , a $1 charge with no explanation and also a notice saying my bank had not accepted the $1 charge !!!! And xfinity would charge me for the bank not accepting. I think I will get off xfinity as soon as I can , as they want $100 to have someone come set up the modem. Scam a lama ding dong.”
“I had an issue with my router and figuring out the wifi password today, and Adam helped me so much! He was on the phone with me for like a whole hour until we solved the problem, showed me things on the computer so clearly and honestly calmed me down too because I was going to miss a meeting with my professor over zoom! Overall he was amazing!”

“Harvie resolved my concerns and explained my bill even though it took him a while to figure out what Vz had done .
I have walked into the VZ store ( corporate) at Clarksville IN and asked for help with bill explanation or phone issues only to be told the service is x $ and hour. Bloomington IN CORPORATE STORE is friendly, patient and speak fluent English in hometown USA. Not a call center in the Philippines!!
