“Since there's not one I'm my town, I'm not a Best Buy shopper. I was looking for a specific item-- dash cam--so I glanced around then went straight to the customer service counter where 3 employees stood. A Nice young man showed me my options... which were very limited. He did quick research to find out the unit I liked could be delivered to me in 3 days....or delivered to the store in 5 days. As I left, 3 employees were standing at the exit & pointed out the exit doors. Clean store. Plenty of vacant parking. Not pushy. No up selling.”

I have walked into the VZ store ( corporate) at Clarksville IN and asked for help with bill explanation or phone issues only to be told the service is x $ and hour. Bloomington IN CORPORATE STORE is friendly, patient and speak fluent English in hometown USA. Not a call center in the Philippines!!
